Lot 1

Plymouth City Council is the lead buyer. This Contract Award Notice is for the Cornwall Council contract element only. The purpose of the service is to enable the Local Authorities in the Peninsula to: Meet statutory tracking duties to report data to the Department of Education around young people's participation in education, employment and training in line with the raising participation age and data reporting requirements. Provide focused support to young people with SEND who have an Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP) to make a successful transition to education, employment and/ or training. Provide targeted support to key vulnerable groups, such as children in care, care leavers, young carers, electively home educated and young people with SEND.

Options: The initial term is for 12 months. There are then two x 12 month extensions available (1+1+1)
