## Summary

The procurement process involves Hull City Council inviting suppliers to tender for the packing, transporting, storage, and return of the Hull Maritime Museum Collection. This project falls under the museum services category and is part of a broader initiative, the Hull: Yorkshire's Maritime City Project. The procurement is conducted through an open EU procedure, as per the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The anticipated start date for the services is March 2021, with a project duration of four years. Key delivery locations include Hull, in the UKE11 region.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses in the logistics and museum services sectors, particularly those specialising in packing, transportation, and storage of delicate collections. Companies with experience handling museum artefacts or those that can demonstrate quality and cost-effective solutions will be well-positioned to compete. The successful supplier will collaborate closely with the Museum's Curatorial Team, making this an attractive opportunity for businesses aiming to expand their portfolio in cultural project management and heritage conservation.
