Award of an alliance contract to Bath Mind, Milestones and Arch Care to deliver Specialist Mental Health Care & Support across Bath & North East Somerset. Alliance partners were identified through a phased approach. Initially 4 providers were selected as design partners. Following the design phase providers were invited submit proposals for delivery of the services. The proposal received included 3 providers who wished to become part of the pure alliance with the Council. This procurement process has been undertaken under the Light Touch Regime and therefore applies the flexibilities afforded under regulation 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
