## Notice

NHS England and NHS Improvement is looking to award a contract to a national Evaluator (the "Evaluator") to comprehensively evaluate the Cytosponge programme. The requirements are:i) to review the proposed evaluation questions for the impact, process and economic evaluations (and determine an agreed methodology to meet the evaluation requirements including the identification of a suitable counterfactual and economic analysis, ii) to establish processes that enable sites to report data on an agreed dataset to the Evaluator,iii) to submit monthly management data on programme activity and quarterly and annual progress reports to the NHS Cancer Programme Management team on programme delivery and;iv) to collate and interpret data to provide a full impact, process, and economic evaluation.
