This Lot is for the provision of Architectural and associated services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties and the construction of new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio.

Building Surveying Services

This Lot is for the provision of Building Surveying services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties and the construction of new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio.

Clerk of Works Services

This Lot is for the provision of Clerk of Works services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties and the construction of new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio.

Mechanical and Electrical Building Services

This Lot is for the provision of mechanical and electrical building services design and associated services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing Aberdeenshire Council buildings and the construction of new Aberdeenshire Council buildings.

Quantity Surveying & Project Management Services

This Lot is for the provision of Quantity Surveying and Project Management services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties and the construction of new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio

Structural & Civil Engineering and Associated Services
