Lot 1

The provision of support to 15 individuals located in separate units of accommodation dispersed across Torbay. These individuals have been street homeless or threatened with street homelessness and have now been accommodated in 'move on' accommodation funded by the Next Steps Accommodation programme (NSAP) from the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG).

Options: If Torbay Council is successful in obtaining further funding to extend the support for an additional period of time, the subsequent Contract may be extended beyond 31st March 2024. Extensions are available in 12 month periods up to a maximum of 36 months. If further funding is obtained to increase the number of individuals that can be supported through the development of additional units of accommodation, the Contract may be varied to provide the associated support to people in additional units of accommodation.
