Delivery a day service to rough sleepers and other single homeless people.

Options: Initial contract period for 36 months with an option to extend + 12 months + 12 months. This contract is funded by Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) Homeless Prevention Grant and Rough Sleeping Initiative streams. Suppliers should notice that it is possible that during the life of the current contractual arrangement the MHCLG may launch further funding initiatives for Rough Sleepers. If this is the case and the Council is successful in securing such funding, we may proceed to variation of the contract increasing the scope and deliverables to the delivery of further support for rough sleepers and single homeless people.
