The recent merger with Merlin Housing Society Ltd and acquisition of Severn Vale Housing to its group Bromford has increased the number of homes it owns to almost 44,000, including 12,000 in Gloucestershire. Over the next ten years, Bromford will be aiming to grow this through an ambitious development programme that will invest 1.5bm GBP to build 15,000 new homes across the Bromford geographical area. The Bromford groups geographical area is predominately Central England and South West, which includes the West Midlands, Shropshire, Staffordshire, South Gloucestershire, Cirencester, the Cotswolds, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. To support these plans Bromford is seeking to procure a framework of design partners to support successful delivery of the affordable housing developments.
