### Procurement Information

Due to COVID-19 diverting resources to delivering key frontline services, this procurement exercise has been delayed. As a result of partnership discussions about how best to progress this procurement, Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) suggested Ubico join them in a joint tender for agency supply commencing in late summer 2021. This would bring efficiencies for both parties, both in shared workload in undertaking the tender exercise, and in assumed economies of scale in tendering for a larger value contract. As Ubico's existing contract ends in March 2021, an extension will be issued to the existing supplier, under the COVID-19 waiver, to ensure ongoing service delivery is maintained until the new contract is awarded. The procurement exercise will commence in early 2021 jointly with GCC, aiding with resilience and resource to deliver this work.
