## Notice

Lot 1

The successful supplier will be responsible for * Maintaining a working environment for the building users and tenants that fulfils Blackpool Council's (BC) obligations as defined in the lease(s). * Maintaining the boilers and associated equipment in good working order and to protect the value of Blackpool Council's assets. * Making adequate arrangements for the Health and Safety of persons in or around the buildings and to fulfil all safety requirements particularly in regard to the Health & Safety at Work etc. Act. 1974.

Renewal: This contract is a 2 year contract up until 1/6/23 with the option to extend by 12 months plus 12 months subject to satisfactory review and budget availability. It will retendered after this period and it is a mandatory requirement for the Council to have these services.
