## Summary

Blackpool Council is initiating a tender titled "Expression of Interest: Care at Home provision for Children and Young People with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities," focusing on health and social work services within the UK. Currently in the planning stage, the procurement aims to engage experienced organisations in a scoping exercise to develop a delivery model that enhances care for children and young people with special educational needs. Interested parties are required to respond to an attached questionnaire by 12 noon on Monday, 15th March 2021, as part of this process.

This tender presents significant opportunities for providers specialising in care for children with disabilities, particularly those with experience in overnight respite care and 1:1 personal support. This engagement will allow businesses to potentially influence future service models and secure contracts with the local authority, meeting the growing demand for specialised care services in the community.
