The Provider will ensure that the services can be provided 365 days per year, 24 hours a day and in accordance with a Service User's Care Plan. Full details of the service can be found in the Service Specification included as part of the AQP documentation within the project on EU-Supply (see access details below). ### Lot Information Lot 1 NHS Derby & Derbyshire CCG are commissioning a Domiciliary Care Service on an AQP basis. This will be the fourth window. The Service covers Home Care (Domiciliary Care) in Derbyshire and will be provided for people (Service Users) who have been determined by the Commissioner as having an NHS-funded continuing care entitlement. The Provider will ensure that the services can be provided 365 days per year, 24 hours a day and in accordance with a Service User's Care Plan.
