## Summary

The Advocacy Project has recently completed a procurement process for "Clinical Supervision for advocacy staff", classified under health and social work services. This open tender was designed to secure the provision of clinical supervision for advocacy employees primarily in challenging environments. The procurement took place in London and at Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire, with key contracts signed in December 2020 and January 2021. The project, now in the award stage, involves two separate lots: one for supervisory services at Broadmoor and another for staff teams in London.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in mental health services, counselling, or psychology to expand their client base within public health sectors. Companies with experience in clinical supervision, especially those that are SMEs, would be ideally positioned to compete. The requirements for highly qualified professionals to provide emotional resilience support to advocates highlight a growing need for skilled suppliers in the mental health field, making this an advantageous opportunity for firms that meet the specified qualifications and ethical standards.
