## Notice

This framework shall have up to a maximum of 8 suppliers with the ability to meet the requirements of the specification and provide all the mandatory 8 core benefits: Core Benefits - Mandatory * childcare vouchers; * car leasing scheme; * technology and white goods scheme; * cycle to work scheme;: * gym membership; * financial wellbeing schemes including access to affordable loans; * leisure and retail discounts scheme including E Gift Cards/E Discount Codes; * Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Additional Benefits - Non-Mandatory. These shall include but not limited to the following: * online cycle shop; * total rewards statement; * Shared Cost Additional Voluntary Contribution Schemes (SCAVC's); * reward and recognition benefits; * buying and selling of annual leave; * holiday scheme; * eyecare scheme.
