## Notice

Contract for the delivery of the RideLondon events in 2022 - 2031. The annual event inspires people of all ages and from all backgrounds to get active, stay healthy and have fun cycling. The Delivery Partner is expected to develop the next chapter of the RideLondon story from 2022 to build on the successes to date and broaden the appeal of the event to even more people. Under the Contract, TTL will work with the Delivery Partner to develop the next chapter of the RideLondon Event to be the world's greatest celebration of cycling and for the Delivery Partner to deliver a world class event which achieves the following strategic event objectives: 1. Delivers a safe event with minimal impact on Londoners 2. Inspires more Londoners to start cycling as part of their daily lives 3. Engages the full range of London's diverse communities in all London Boroughs. 4. Creates a genuinely world class event, which is positively viewed by London residents and businesses, the rest of the UK, and internationally 5. Delivers economic benefit to London 6. Is cost neutral to TfL, the Mayor of London and London tax payers; and facilitates investment in cycling 7. Creates benefit to local communities in London and any regions the Event goes through.

An OJEU Notice was published on 29 June 2018 however the procurement process failed to find any suitable tenders. Therefore in accordance with the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016, the procurement process was closed and negotiations commenced with the only interested bidder as permitted by 31(6a) and (7) of the Regulations.
