It is our intention to only appoint a minimum of two (2) bidders for all Lots. The supplier with the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) will be awarded to each Lot however to mitigate any risk to the CVG, we will not appoint the same supplier to Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3. It is our preference that all suppliers show interest in all 3 Lots & Categories.

Lot 2: Housing and Estate Management which includes Factoring

CVG wishes to enter into a Measure Term Contract Agreement (MTCA) with up to 3 separate organisations/suppliers who are suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of Legal Services for the Lot & Categories detailed below. The MTCA for Legal Services will be for a 3-year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1 year periods solely at CVG's discretion.
