Damage to any of the above must be reported to the Saint Olave's Grammar School's designated officer at the end of the cleaning shift. The designated officer may deduct, without prejudice to any other rights of the Saint Olave's Grammar School under the contract, the cost of any such damage (repair or replacement) from any sum(s) due to the contractor for work completed under the contract.
