## Summary

The Brighton & Hove City Council is soliciting bids for the provision of a 24-hour high support interim accommodation service targeting individuals with multiple and compound needs such as homelessness and mental health issues. The tender is classified under health and social work services, with an estimated value of £450,000. The procurement process is currently in the tender stage, with a submission deadline set for 23 April 2021, and the service is aimed to commence on 1 June 2021. This contract will cover Brighton and Hove and is structured as a competitive procedure with negotiation, focusing on a single supplier to fulfil the required service specifications.

This opportunity presents a significant avenue for business growth, especially for organisations that specialise in social care and accommodation services tailored to vulnerable populations. Providers with proven expertise in supporting individuals who exhibit complex needs, including substance misuse and mental health challenges, will find this procurement particularly relevant. Interested businesses should ideally possess the capacity to operate a 24/7 service, demonstrate strong collaborative working skills with health and social care sectors, and be prepared to mobilise quickly to meet the immediate demands outlined in the tender specifications.
