The Supplier shall repair, maintain and monitor CCTV, smoke and fire detection systems installed on the Customer's household waste recycling centres and waste transfer stations within Lincolnshire. This shall include 6 monthly servicing of the systems, repairing faults with the systems and monitoring the systems outside of the sites opening hours. Initially this shall be for 3 years, with the option for two extension periods of 1 year each making the maximum contract period 5 years.
