### Procurement Information

Mediqual health Informatics Limited has exclusive rights over the eMed renal Systems and are the sole source for support, maintenance and licenses. Access to eMed is essential for ongoing service delivery. This system was previously procured through the Technology Partner Agreement (TPS) which ended on 31.03.2018. A direct award contract (STA7383) was put in place to cover the period of 01 April 2018 to 31 March 2021. It is proposed to extend this contract with Mediqual for a further 2 x year period after March 2021 with the option to extend for a further 1 x 12 month period. It is anticipated that the rollout of the Encompass Program will secure a compliant contract after 31 March 2024.
