The Council is seeking to let a Contract to a single Supplier who shall provide surveys, recommend and install appropriate Resilience Measures to Residential Properties including: * Surveys to establish risks and required Resilience Measures * An options appraisal and recommendation of and quotation for appropriate Resilience Measures * Works to install flood Resilience Measures * Post works survey and testing to ensure works / installations are to standard and Resilience Measures will be effective

Renewal: The Contract may be extended for a further period of 2 years dependent on the expected benefits being realised and upon further approval by the Council and external funding remaining available.
