## Summary

The Prince's Trust is currently conducting a tender for the appointment of specialist employability partners to deliver health and social care-focused pre-employment programmes for young people in England. The primary aim is to support under-represented groups in accessing employment within the health and social care sector. This procurement is at the active Tender stage, with submissions due by 4 May 2021. The contract is categorized under training services and is split into two lots: Lot 1 will support 100 to 200 young people annually, while Lot 2 aims to assist over 200 young individuals each year. Both lots have a contract duration of 1080 days, with options for extension.

This tender presents significant growth opportunities for businesses with experience in delivering employment support services, particularly those with established connections to the health and social care sectors. Businesses that can effectively engage with young people and have a proven track record of facilitating job placements will be well-positioned to compete. Given the volume of young individuals targeted, organisations offering tailored training solutions and mentorship programmes could find this an advantageous venture for expansion and increased community impact.
