## Notice

NHS Supply Chain seeks to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Disposable Wipes for Surface Cleaning and Disinfection. This Framework Agreement consists of 5 Lots, Indicator Products, Combined 2 in 1 Wipes, Detergent Wipes, Sporicidal Wipes, Disinfectant Wipes and will have an initial term of 36 months with an option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months. It is anticipated that in the first 36 months of the Framework Agreement the value of purchases will be in the region of PS60,750,000 GBP and PS83,000,000 GBP Exc VAT for the full 48 month term (if extended). Indicator Products

This Lot is for adhesive notes or tape used to indicate that a device has been cleaned. For avoidance of doubt this Lot does not include chemical indicators Additional information: The anticipated value of purchases will be circa PS1,500,000 for the first 36 months of the Framework Agreement and PS2,000,000 for the full term of the 48 months (if extended).

Options: This Framework Agreement will have an initial term of 36 months with an option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months.

Combined 2 in 1 Wipes

This Lot is for Disposable Wipes that are impregnated with a detergent and disinfectant liquid for the cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and/or non-invasive medical devices. Additional information: The anticipated value of purchases will be circa PS36,000,000 for the first 36 months of the Framework Agreement and PS48,500,000 for the full term of the 48 months (if extended).

Options: This Framework Agreement will have an initial term of 36 months with an option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months.

Detergent Wipes

This Lot is for Disposable Wipes that are impregnated with a detergent solution, used for cleaning and damp dusting without additional antimicrobial agents. Additional information: The anticipated value of purchases will be circa PS6,375,000 for the first 36 months of the Framework Agreement and PS9,000,000 for the full term of the 48 months (if extended).

Options: This Framework Agreement will have an initial term of 36 months with an option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months..

Sporicidal Wipes

This Lot is for disposable Wipes that are impregnated with active ingredients that have sporicidal properties, for example, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide or chlorine both wet & dry. Additional information: The anticipated value of purchases will be circa PS7,125,000 for the first 36 months of the Framework Agreement and PS10,000,000 for the full term of the 48 months (if extended).

Options: This Framework Agreement will have an initial term of 36 months with an option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months.

Disinfectant Wipes

This Lot is for Disposable Wipes that are impregnated with a solution that contains disinfectant liquid or 70% alcohol but can also contain other active ingredients such as chlorhexidine or quaternary ammonium. Additional information: The anticipated value of purchases will be circa PS9,750,000 for the first 36 months of the Framework Agreement and PS13,500,000 for the full term of the 48 months (if extended).

Options: This Framework Agreement will have an initial term of 36 months with an option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months.
