## Summary

The London Borough of Brent is planning to recommission its local Voluntary and Community Sector Infrastructure contract, titled "Brent Voluntary and Community Sector Infrastructure support," which is classified under "Other community, social and personal services." The estimated value of the contract is £647,809, and it is set to commence on 1st October 2021. Interested providers must attend an online engagement session on 8th April 2021 and express their interest by 5 p.m. on 5th April 2021. This opportunity is ideal for businesses specialising in capacity building, grant application support, and services benefiting diverse community groups, particularly those focused on BAME-led organisations. With a strong emphasis on stakeholder outcomes and advocacy, businesses that demonstrate a proven track record in similar services in the Brent area will be well-suited to compete. This tender presents an excellent chance for growth for companies looking to engage with local authorities and support the community sector.

## Notice

The aim of the contract is to support the local and voluntary and community sector through capacity building which will include supporting organisations with grant applications, organisational development, leading on large scale bids, training, lobbying and advocacy. The successful organisation will be able to demonstrate an expertise in supporting smaller BAME led and other diverse community groups and in addition, it is expected that it will act as a strong voice on behalf of the sector, building on existing structures. The duration of the contracts will be for an initial period of three years, with an option to extend for two years on a one plus one basis. The total budget for the whole contract period will be up to PS PS647,809 The estimated commencement of the services will be 1st October 2021 The provider we are looking for must therefore be able to demonstrate that they have a track record of delivering services of a similar nature and can evidence that they are able to achieve the best possible outcomes for stakeholders delivering services in Brent, as well as residents
