## Notice

Gt Dunmow Town Council is contracting for extension works at ET Foakes Memorial Hall, Gt Dunmow, Essex CM6 1DG. The works comprise the partial demolition of the existing structure and construction of a new 3-storey side extension including basement, internal alterations to the existing building, and associated external works and drainage. Part of the adjacent car park will be available for use as compound area by the contractor for the duration of the works. The existing Memorial Hall building will be unoccupied throughout. The procurement will be via single stage selective tender and it is anticipated that an order will be placed with the successful contractor early in July 2021.
