Renewal: 1.3 The initial term of the contract shall commence on Contract Award for a period of 12 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (2 extension periods of 12 months). The term of the software licenses shall commence after software is configured, implemented and gone live after user acceptance testing. The estimated value is for the full term including extension terms.
