## Summary

The Link Group, a Registered Social Landlord based in Edinburgh, has concluded a procurement process for legal services, establishing a multi-lot Framework Agreement. The process, identified by the OCDS ID 'ocds-h6vhtk-02a247', was managed through an open procedure. The framework encompasses various segments including Corporate, Acquisitions and Disposals, Housing Management and Debt Recovery, and Development, which are spread across locations, such as Edinburgh, Fife, and Glasgow. This contract is designed for a duration of 36 months, with an extension option of 24 additional months. The procurement stage is in the "Award" phase, with completed awards as of mid-2025.

This framework presents a substantial opportunity for legal firms seeking to expand their business through public sector partnerships, especially those with experience in housing, corporate law, and property management. The tender process attracted multiple suppliers, including renowned firms like TC Young Solicitors, Harper Macleod LLP, and Brodies LLP. To compete successfully, businesses should have strong expertise in legal advisory services related to housing and community amenities, and they must comply with membership requirements such as the Law Society of Scotland. This arrangement opens numerous avenues for firms capable of delivering value-added services, community benefits, and fair work practices, allowing them to establish long-term relationships with a pivotal organisation in Scotland's public housing sector.
