## Summary

The Riverside Group Limited, a registered provider of social housing, is managing the Cutting Edge Framework Agreement for the provision of Employer's Agent and Principal Designer Services. The procurement process, currently in the active tender stage, involves residential-led development projects across England, specifically in Merseyside, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire & Cumbria, North East England, Yorkshire and Humberside, and the South East & Midlands. The deadline for submissions is set for 7th May 2021, with the framework agreement anticipated to last for four years, accommodating multiple lots to facilitate various geographical needs within the housing sector.

This framework presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in architectural, engineering, and construction-related services, particularly small to medium-sized enterprises that can deliver employer's agent and principal designer capabilities. As the framework is designed to promote collaborative and efficient project delivery, companies with experience in handling significant housing development projects, as well as those able to demonstrate best practice in resource sharing, will be well-positioned to compete. Interested firms should consider engaging in the bidding process to potentially secure contracts valued at up to £7.4 million across various lots.
