Swansea Council is seeking a single Provider to deliver ESOL for the Refugee Resettlement Programmes for Swansea in accordance with the delivery specifications provided by the Council. The successful Provider will be ready to deliver the service by 1st September 2021. The successful Provider will need to be a recognised accredited provider and able to demonstrate experience of delivering accredited and non-accredited ESOL at different levels with progression routes and delivered by qualified ESOL teaching staff.
