### Lot Information

Lot 1

Replacement of fluorescent lighting with LEDs to reduce consumption of grid electricity, in all locations within the building in question where it makes financial sense to do so. Fittings will be replaced at the same time to reduce future maintenance costs. The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest. Applicants will need to register their details at the following link www.the-chest.org.uk. . The highest scoring Tenderer shall be awarded the contract to supply the luminaires specified. Tenders will be evaluated 60% Price/40% Quality.
