## Summary

NHS England is currently engaged in a tender process titled "ISFE Extension During re-Procurement," aimed at the administration services sector. Located in Leeds, the procurement is at the award stage, having signed a contract valued at £185.7 million on 1 April 2021, with a contract period extending through to 31 March 2024. Due to the complexities introduced by the ongoing pandemic, the new procurement process was delayed; however, this modification will ensure continued service while preparing for a future competitive tender.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses involved in financial administration and software development, particularly those specialising in financial transaction processing and reporting systems. Companies capable of delivering integrated financial services and those with experience in working with public sector clients, such as NHS organisations, would be well-positioned to compete in future tenders once the re-procurement process is fully planned and initiated. As the service transition progresses, alignment with NHS standards and practices will be essential for prospective bidders.
