## Summary

The Ministry of Defence (MOD) is seeking tenders for the "Services, Calibration, Repair and Maintenance of OTTO Fuel Monitor (OFM) Including Spares Provision." Situated in Bristol, this project falls under the repair and maintenance services industry. The procurement process is currently at the 'Tender' stage, with the deadline for expressions of interest set for 18th May 2021, at 12:00. The total contract value is estimated at £640,000 for a 5-year period, commencing in the first or second quarter of 2022, with an additional 2-year extension option available. The MOD plans to utilise an e-Tendering system and requests that interested suppliers register their interest through the designated channels.

This tender represents an excellent opportunity for small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) specialising in calibration, repair, and maintenance services, particularly those with expertise in handling sensitive equipment related to defense operations. Businesses that provide project management services or spare parts management would also find this contract suitable. Given that the procurement involves a selective method where up to four suppliers will be invited to tender, successful candidates must demonstrate their capabilities through the initial selection process. The focus on maintaining safety and compliance with defence standards creates a pathway for qualified suppliers to engage with a key player in the UK defence sector.
