The Digital Cornwall (DC) programme started the work to establish the Microsoft platform for collaboration, BI, Azure and Dynamics. These products provide Business Intelligence reporting, Cloud Hosting and a low code platform on which we can build capabilities to meet business need in relation to a Customer Experience Platform, business process efficiencies, automation, help desks and case management systems as well as self service solutions for the business. The implementation of this framework will develop and exploit the capabilities on the Microsoft Platform. The scale of demand means Cornwall Council will continue to require this supplier support to manage this work .
