### Procurement Information

Given the current situation with COVID-19 and in line with Cabinet office guidance PPN 01/20 (Extending or modifying a contract during its term Regulation 72(1)), PPN 01/21 and PPN 08/20 we are extending extend the Agreement for a further period of one year to a final expiry date of 31st March 2022. The lack of appropriate staff at both supplier and Authority due to either Furlough or COVID related illness would have meant that the Authority would most likely have not received valid bids that represented value to the authorities it represents In addition the Authority has been the subject to a cyber attack that left it without access to systems or documentation.
