Suppliers are permitted to offer a proposal for each individual Lot, or for both Lots. Bromford reserves the right to be able to either award one Contract for both areas to a single Supplier, or two separate Contracts, one for each Lot / area to two Suppliers. The existing legacy equipment includes Communal Passenger Lifts, Domestic Through Floor Lifts and Domestic Mobility Lifts. Lot 1- Northern area - (Staffordshire & the Marches, and Central Midlands) Legacy Bromford area consisting of 48 Communal Passenger Lifts, 17 Domestic Through Floor Lifts and 79 Domestic Mobility Lifts.
