## Summary

Derby City Council is seeking a supplier for the maintenance of CCTV enforcement solutions concerning parking and traffic contraventions, as specified in tender TD1700. This contract falls under the services category, particularly focusing on repair and maintenance services. The procurement method used is a limited procedure without prior publication, justified by technical reasons that necessitate a specific supplier. The award was made on 28 April 2021 and has a total contract value of £850,000 over an initial term of one year, with an option to extend for four additional years. The delivery location for this contract is Derby, in the UK.

This contract presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in IT services, surveillance technology, and traffic enforcement solutions, particularly those offering closed-circuit television systems and related maintenance services. Companies with expertise in software development and technical support for surveillance systems would be well-suited to compete, given the technical specifications required by Derby City Council. With ongoing investments in sustainable transport and compliance with traffic regulations, potential suppliers can align their offerings with the council's objectives in promoting responsible parking and clean air initiatives.
