## Summary

Scotland Excel, a central purchasing body, has initiated a tender for a framework providing councils and other bodies with the opportunity to procure works, products, and services related to electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The title of the procurement is "Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure" falling under the industry category of electrical installation work. Multiple lots are available, each focusing on different aspects such as supply, installation, and maintenance. The framework also includes opportunities for suppliers to provide management information and report on community benefits regularly. The framework contract, running for two years initially and potentially extending for up to two twelve-month periods, provides a stable platform for ongoing business relationships and growth. Suppliers are advised to fulfill the technical and financial selection criteria, ensuring compliance with the regulations set forth to participate effectively in this procurement process.
