Lot 1

Support and maintenance for the existing Capita Integrated Communications Control System (ICCS) at the Police Scotland West and North Area Control Rooms. A new National ICCS has been procured for Police Scotland under a separate procurement (OJEU Ref 2018/S 104-237570). Support and maintenance for the existing system requires to be extended until it has been replaced.

Options: An additional 6 month extension option is avaiable from 1/4/22 - 30/9/22. The associated cost has been included in the total contract value published in this notice.

### Procurement Information

This is an extension of support and maintenance for the existing Capita ICCS solution currently operating within Police Scotland West and North Command Areas. It is considered that the extension of the support and maintenance is consistent with Regulation 33 (1) (b) (ii) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, which allows a contracting authority to award a contract without a competitive process when for technical reasons a public contract may be awarded only to a particular economic operator.
