This will include spares, repairs, engineering time and any project management requirements. The service provision requires a fully staffed 24/7 service centre with dedicated alarm monitoring for fault handling and dispatching of service engineering staff on a 24/7 basis. The service provision includes both a dedicated service manager and account manager as well as fully trained Honeywell certified service engineers

The service contracted is a fully comprehensive maintenance provision for all building services automation hardware and software currently installed. This include spares, repairs, engineering time and any project management requirements. The service provision requires a fully staffed 24/7 service centre with dedicated alarm monitoring for fault handling and dispatching of service engineering staff on a 24/7 basis. The service provision includes both a dedicated service manager and account manager as well as fully trained Honeywell certified service engineers. Additional information: The contract commenced on 16th June 2021 for an initial period of five (5) years with the option to extend for an additional five (5), twelve (12) month extension periods.

Options: The University has reserved the option for additional purchases under this contract, this includes but is not limited to the following: - system hardware/ software upgrades - maintenance within additional buildings - ad hoc requirements related to BEMS
