The emergency contractors for Building Services Framework Agreement is required to be extended due to ongoing covid impact. The new requirement is anticipated to be advertised August 2022

### Procurement Information

The Council is not currently in a position to procure a new contractual arrangement for these requirements due to the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic, extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable for the contracting authority and in accordance with the strict conditions stated in the Directive, as referred to in the Scottish Government Policy note SPPN 4/2020 covering procurement related issues as a consequence of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
