Renfrewshire Council are looking to procure a main contractor to deliver the main works contract for the Paisley Museum Re-imagined project. The procurement exercise is being conducted at OEJU level as an open tender. The contract will be governed by SBCC Standard Building Contract with Quantities for use in Scotland, SBC/Q/Scot 2016 Edition as supplemented and amended by the Council specific "Employer's Amendments" Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. There are a mixture of funding streams for this project; internal and external.
