## Notice

WHM are constructing a Contractors Framework to cover a wide range of maintenance works across the West Lothian area. The framework will be a support framework for WHM in-house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) and is valued at approx 4,000,000GBP over 4 years

### Lot Information

Medical Adaptations

Services will consist of general Medical Adaptation works to the housing stock.

Multi Trade Works - including any combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Painter, Builder, Roofer & Plasterer works.

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

Void Works - including any combination of Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Heating, Painter, Builder, Roofer, Plasterer, Cleaning, Floor Coverings works.

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

Gas Heating Installation, Servicing and Repair

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

Joiner work

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. The framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at WHM discretion All as per the attached Project Particulars & ESPD Guidance - WHM - R&M Framework - Final

Electrical work

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.

Plumber work

Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.
