## Summary

The Quality Trusted Solutions LLP (QTS) Find a Tender Service Consultants Framework aims to deliver new build and refurbishment schemes over a 4-year term, commencing with the tender stage. Managed by QTS, a subsidiary of Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust, this framework covers Architectural, Construction, Engineering, and Inspection Services throughout various regions in the United Kingdom, including UKI and UKJ. The framework includes 12 lots covering different disciplines such as Architecture, Cost Consulting, M&E Engineering, and more, with specific attention given to healthcare and mental health facilities. Notably, suppliers can only apply to either Lot 1 for larger schemes over £2m or Lot 2 for smaller schemes under £2m. The procurement method follows a selective procedure with an estimated total value ranging from £50,800,000 to £80,000,000.

This tender offers substantial opportunities for businesses involved in service sectors such as Architecture, Engineering, and Consulting, presenting a chance to secure significant contracts for developing healthcare facilities. Ideal candidates include SMEs and large firms capable of delivering specialised services in mental and community health designs, cost management, and consultancy services. Expertise in regulatory compliance, design management, and bidding within competitive frameworks is essential. Businesses seeking to expand their portfolio in healthcare infrastructure projects will find this tender particularly appealing, utilising a framework agreement structure to ensure steady project flow and growth prospects over the contract period.
