Lot 1 - Supply only of Kitchens

This Lot will be used for Supply and distribution of Kitchens only by Gentoo internal workforce and/or their appointed Principal Contractor(s) covering - Affordable Homes - properties for Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership - Repairs & Maintenance - managed stock Repairs, Maintenance and Void properties (via Managed Stores Contract currently with Jewson Partnership Solutions) - Asset Management Properties - managed stock investment programme Distribution options include direct to a Stores facility or Depot; to a Property address; to a Contractor compound; to a (nominated) Merchant, as instructed in the order.

Lot 2 - Supply and Fit of Kitchens

This Lot is for use by Gentoo Homes for supply and installation of kitchens in new build properties for re-sale. This Lot may include an element of design.
