The spaces will be used for student services and teaching purposes only and not used for patients. Block 7A: Estimated Cost PS950,000. The project includes fitting out Block 7A at first floor level within the South Wing of St Thomas' Hospital Building (operated by GSTT) to accommodate the King's College London (KCL), Digital Library. The spaces will be used as a digital library with smart lockers, laptop storage, bookable spaces to allow access to books and learning. There will not be any stacks of books. Currently the Library is located within St Thomas' House and will need to be relocated to allow the existing building to be demolished. This will dictate the programme. South Wing is a live, grade 2 listed, building and services are in use 24/7.
