Suffolk County Council are currently working on the redesign on Housing Related Support (HRS) services in Suffolk. HRS services are delivered across the county and are a valuable resource to enable people aged 16+ to obtain, or regain, the necessary skills to live independently. Our expectation is that personalised outcomes are achieved within 2 years enabling people to move on into independent living.We are developing our vision and a revised model for delivering HRS services in the future and would be interested to hear your views.
