## Summary

The Legal Aid Agency has successfully completed the procurement process for a Face to Face Contract in Education, which commenced on 1 April 2021. This contract falls under the legal services category and is part of the services industry. The award, made under a limited procurement method without prior publication of a call for competition, has been granted to one provider, enabling them to conduct educational legal assistance in the North Education procurement area of the UK. The contract was formally signed on 12 May 2021.

This tender presents a considerable opportunity for firms operating in legal services, particularly those specialising in educational law or civil legal advice. Businesses that can provide face-to-face legal representation or consultancy in the education sector will find this contract particularly relevant. The potential for up to 100 Matter Starts per contract year means that organisations with proven expertise and resources in education-related legal services could significantly enhance their service offerings and client base.
