## Notice

Keeping THRIVE Framework Principles in mind, Ealing is seeking feedback from the provider market re their intention to procure a new Community Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service during Summer 2021. Work with stakeholders to revisit existing pathways between services and schools and redevelop the specification for services is ongoing. Ealing is seeking an experienced CCAMHS providers who can achieve good outcomes and bring about positive change for Ealing children, young people, and their families, supporting them to achieve optimum emotional health and well-being. The services tendered will be commissioned in 2 Lots. Lot 1 includes early intervention services offering a model of training, support, advice and consultation for families and professionals involved in their care, alongside a range of time-limited evidence-based interventions to children, young people and their families within a community setting/school. Supportive action for families in Ealing (SAFE) is a multi-agency early intervention partnership. Within this a range of staff work via an integrated framework to offer children, young people and families/carers, interventions to address emotional, mental health and wellbeing needs. Ealing Primary Centre Outreach & CLiPS Teams provide advice, support and interventions to schools, children and families in partnership with other agencies to improve outcomes for children with Social Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) identified by schools. MH Support Teams work across education settings as an additional resource to promote resilience and wellbeing, support earlier intervention, enable appropriate signposting, and deliver support and care. Lot 2 includes services aimed at supporting families in most need by improving MH and emotional wellbeing. This includes psychology provision, helping to manage demand and reduce family/placement breakdown. The Brighter Futures Programme is a range of teams (MASTs: Edge of Care; CONNECT in care and Leaving Care Service), that focus on improving outcomes and preventing children and young people going into care, or if in care maximising effectiveness of support with improvement in stability of placements. Intensive Therapeutic Short Breaks Service provides intensive support to a small number of children (5-17) to reduce numbers of children, with complex learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, in need of residential placements. 14-18 Transitions Management Team provides integrated services via a partnership of health and social care services to meet needs of disabled young people and support families so they can realise their potential. Ealing spends circa PS3.1m pa on CCAMHS (75% on early intervention).The Council is looking for efficiencies and innovation to make best use of the budget.
