## Notice

Sandwell Council wishes to appoint multiple Contractor(s) to provide an Enhanced Assessment Nursing Beds Service within care homes that are registered with the Care Quality Commission and are located within the borough of Sandwell. The Enhanced Assessment Beds Service has as its primary function the prevention of admission to hospital or facilitation of discharge from hospital through a rapid, co-ordinated response and by operating 7 days a week.
