## Notice

In addition to planned analysis to be carried out at regular intervals during the life of the contract there will be an ad hoc analysis requirement. The Services will be delivered to the Client and the Client's wholly owned subsidiaries. The Client reserves the right to amend the Specification or re-negotiate price during the Contract Period to cater for innovation or developments in the Service requirement [e.g. new analytical requirements with collection and delivery of samples as and when required]
